REVIEW AND NOTIFICATION TO AUTHORS
All abstracts are now under review by a team of experts. You will be informed by email of the acceptance or rejection of your abstract by the end of May. Only the person identified as the Submitter will receive notification, which will be sent to the email address provided upon submission.
FEES AND REGISTRATION
After notice of acceptance has been sent, all accepted presenters are required to register and pay the Conference registration fee in order to be included in the program and to present on site.
The Secretariat will send a special link to all speakers for their registration in May. Please wait for our email before registering. Registration and payment of registration fee by presenters of
accepted abstracts must be completed no later than July 3, 2012
PUBLICATION
Accepted abstracts will be published in the book of abstracts, to be distributed to registered participants on site.
